I used to eat oatmeal as breakfast for months, but since I read it can cause acne I immediately stopped and searched for an alternative. As you may know, I am very sensitive for acne, but also for stomach problems. That’s why I thought I do give gluten-free bread a try. Since gluten are a problem for many people, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was a problem for me as well. So time to change up my breakfast routine and try out something new.
What I now eat every morning are two toasted gluten free breads. I toast them at 2.5 in my super funky Smeg Toaster which I use for so much. Definitely going to share more recipes with this one soon! Anyway, after toasting, I add 1 to 1,5 soon of cottage cheese on it, with slices of one fresh figs on top (ohh I love these).
Have to say, I don’t miss my oatmeal at all! Breakfast really is my favorite meal of the day and yes, I do look forward to eat this every morning. Definitely give it a try if you have the same problems like me. I have been doing it for almost 3 weeks now and my skin goes really well.
