– A Toaster – like this one from Smeg
– Two slices of bread – we used gluten free bread
– Two slices Cheese
– Herbal Cream Cheese
We start with toasting the bread with our Smeg Toaster. We used gluten-free bread but you can use any other bread you like. Instead of butter, we use the cream cheese on both sides. Not too thick but you shouldn’t be afraid of using it either.
Next up you add the cheese and top it off with the cress and pickles. Put them together a voila, your meal is ready. Super easy and super yummy!
